Watching the Yawgoon videos growing up made me excited to both go ride my snowboard and pick up a camera which is why this project was so special for me to work on. Being from Rhode Island, people from out of state would always ask me what Yawgoo Valley and the Yawgoons were like, and I wanted to take the opportunity to follow them around and capture some of the more unknown parts that go into creating their videos. Working with a minimal budget, I had to be creative and wear many hats and reach out to others for archival content.
